I was introduced to genealogy through my aunt around 1981 when I was just 14 years old. I took my newfound love of family history to college and earned a minor in history, and I’ve continued to pursue my genealogical interests through my own research, research for friends and clients, and through earning a certificate in Italian Research through the National Institute for Genealogical Studies.
Aside from researching, I’m passionate about sharing the excitement of genealogy researchers and Italian culture with others. As a 30 year veteran educator, I see the benefit of learning about one’s past and the connections it has to culture and identity.
I live in Newbury, Massachusetts in the beautiful region known as the North Shore. My hobbies include gardening, cooking, art, photography, Italian culture, and of course, genealogy.
